That snooze button is not your friend


Winter is creeping in on us slowly but surely. Getting out of bed is now a little bit more difficult than it was 2 months ago. That salad you once had doesn’t seem like a good idea anymore. This is the time when most people neglect their goals for a healthy lifestyle and park their new year’s resolution only for them to wake up a day before spring to face the bad effects of winter. 


Don’t hit that snooze button on your goals for a healthy lifestyle because winter will not last forever. Before you know it, you will need to wear those shorts again. 

So let’s be consistent even throughout winter.

Life changing decisions


There is often a reason behind people making changes in their lives. Changes are there to re-shape, re-build and give us the opportunity to be better versions of ourselves. 


It’s always exciting at first but sometimes we lose the zeal we had when we made the decisions to change how we eat and live our lives. This is the time when we risk not being able to reap the full benefits of the decisions we made to change. 


One thing I’ve learned in my journey of healthy living is that the true value of the decisions one makes to change is only experienced when the changes we make are consistent and become a part of who we are... As one wise man once said "The true value of change is obtained in making lasting changes."


NO u-turns and de-tours friends...


Let’s stay on our road to change even when we don’t feel like it - because that feeling is usually temporary.We will thank ourselves for it one day.
