Spring has srung - Let's take the workouts outdoor

Spring has sprung birds a chirping and days are longer. Just the season we've all been waiting for here in SA. How about dropping all those excuses you had in winter ... ahhhh but its cold.... ahhhh but its dark.... ahhhh but I don't have a gym membership... ahhhh ahhhhh ahhhhh. 

Guess what!!!  Its lighter outside and you can get your training on out outdoors because you don't have to be scared of the cold anymore (not that it ever killed anyone). The good news is that you can do it with or without a gym membership (I swear you can :-)  

Take a jog around your neighbourhood, run to the park and use the benches for your push ups, dips and much more. Don't forget about this very well kept secret (NOT) called Functional training because you don't need equipment for that.
